Ace Barrels Product Spotlight
Today we are going to have a short product spotlight on Ace Barrels. Ace Barrels is known for their dedication to quality, producing precision rifle barrels in a variety of contours and twist rates to their customer’s specifications.
Each barrel is lapped to produce a smoother internal finish after the reaming and rifling processes. This makes sure your barrel is free of sharp edges and burrs inside the rifling which cuts down on fouling points. We have a number of Ace Barrel options as barrel blanks, so let’s see what is available to you.

Keep in mind you have to have the chamber cut to the appropriate dimensions by a professional gunsmith to get your desired caliber.

There are fewer barrel options than the .30 cal and .264 barrels, but this is just excluding the 30 inch barrel length. But most 7mm cartridges don’t get a lot of benefits past 28 inches.

Expanding Your Options

Whether you're a competitive shooter looking for that extra edge or a hunter seeking the perfect balance of weight and accuracy, Ace Barrels can cater to your unique requirements.
Additionally, Ace Barrels provides detailed guidance on barrel maintenance and installation, helping you maximize the lifespan and performance of your barrel. Proper care includes regular cleaning to prevent fouling, using the right solvents and tools to maintain the integrity of the rifling, and ensuring the barrel is properly installed and aligned. This attention to detail ensures that your investment in an Ace Barrel pays off with superior performance and longevity.
When selecting a barrel, it's crucial to consider the type of shooting you'll be doing. For example, a heavy Palma barrel might be ideal for long-range target shooting, providing the stability and heat dissipation needed for consistent accuracy. On the other hand, a #3 Sporter barrel might be better suited for hunting, offering a good balance of weight and maneuverability.
