Q: How do I know the items that I'm buying are compatible?

Q: Where are you guys located?
A: We are located at 2317 Grand Park Dr Unit 2B Grand Junction, CO 81505. We ship every single order from our own warehouse and take pride in being involved in our local hunting and competition shooting community.

Q: I can’t find the item/configuration I need, can you special order it?
A: Absolutely! Please give us a call at 1-800-506-8244.

Q: If there is an issue with the product I ordered, what happens?
A: At Red Hawk Rifles, we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. We will always make it right, no matter what. Additionally, we only carry products from top-tier manufacturers, who make quality products and stand behind them.

Q: What items need to be shipped to an FFL?
A: Only serialized firearm actions and receivers require an FFL Transfer. Items such as Barrels, Stocks, Triggers, etc. can be shipped right to your doorstep!

Q: Do you offer layaway or financing?
A: Yes, we do! Add the product to your cart and begin checkout like normal. Then, under Payment Method you will see Sezzle & Credova as payment methods.

Q: If I have questions about installing the product I purchased, can you help?

Q: Do you have any special programs?

Q: Can you ship outside of the United States?
A: Yes, we can! Add the products to your cart and proceed through checkout!

Q: Do you accept trades or used items?
A: We do not – All of the items we sell at Red Hawk Rifles are brand new.

Q: What is a Demo Optic?
A: Unless specifically marked otherwise, all Demo items are 100% brand new from the manufacturer and have never been mounted or in the field. These items are used only for photos or display. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Yes, Manufacturer warranty is completely valid.
