Accurate-Mag double-stack, single-feed (DSSF) magazines for short action M5 style bottom metal are the perfect magazines for any shooter. The entire .308 family of cartridges can be used with this magazine, including 6.5 Creedmoor, .243Win, .260 Rem and 22-250, etc. These magazines are built from steel, heat treated, and then coated with a special Teflon for a better finish.

These magazines are top notch. I am a hobbyist gunsmith and I do a lot of shooting and these mags once broke in with some 320 grit to knock off the sharp edges work phenomenally well!! Accurate mags are all I own!

Except for the brand markings and slightly different finishes, these magazines are virtually identical to the originals, and at a significantly lower price. They are sturdy and function correctly in my Tikka with AICS-compatible bottom metal. They are very slightly narrower than the originals and therefore drop freely from my rifle, as the others do not. They also have a more powerful spring. Loading therefore requires a little more pressure, but helps ensure proper feeding of cartridges to where they can be pushed into the chamber by the bolt. RHR is also an excellent company to deal with.
