Lightweight alloy housing. Working parts are EDM machined, hardened, and polished. Features true Timney quality and an exclusive three position safety. This trigger is adjustable for pull weight, creep, and backlash. Minor fitting may be required. Instructions included. The safety is a 3 position system, safety with bolt-lock, safety without bolt-lock, and fire.

Timney makes very fine products. They even supplied a new mounting screw, since the factory one is different on the newer rifles. I’m not sure when they changed, but rather change the trigger design, which wouldn’t work on the older platforms without a different screw, Timney chose to supply the screw for replacing the newer design. Good job supporting new and old. Like previous triggers, it’s easy to install and set. You might have to do some slight trimming of your stock, but that’s minor.

Not many aftermarket choices for the Vanguard, but overall, a good step up from the factory trigger. A bit of creep, but I can live with it. Great price and fast shipping from RHR.
