It's now easier than ever to convert your Remington 700 BDL hinged floor plate over to a detachable magazine box feeding system. HS Precision's stainless steel, black Teflon coated conversion kits include a new Pro Series Floor metal and magazine box. Additional magazine boxes are available in various capacities. The external dimension of the replacement floor metal is identical to those of the factory hinged floor plate, making these kits a direct drop in replacement with minor to no inletting required.

There should be a “That was Easy” button included with package. Fit and finish were precise and second to none. Installed in HS Precision stock, had to modify as per instructions. Instructions were very clear. Rifle mag loads and feeds cartridges extremely smooth in rifle. Magazine detaches easily and locks in securely. I am very impressed with this product. Great fit and functio ed flawlessly in my 26 Nosler with a left hand action.
I installed this magazine on my rem 7oo with an older mcmillan fiberglass stock that I had glass bedded years ago . Installation was a breeze . I removed a small amount of material with my dremel tool so the mag release would operate correctly just like the instructions said and I was done . The rifle feeds smoother with the new mag assembly . I am very satisfied . Total installation time was 10 minutes .
Spendy, but high quality. Requires more than minor fitting for the 700 LSS, but just filing in the right places, front of the magwell and to clear mag release. Solid function & smooth cycling. Looks really good, would buy again.
