It's now easier than ever to convert your Remington 700 BDL hinged floor plate over to a detachable magazine box feeding system. HS Precision's stainless steel, black Teflon coated conversion kits include a new Pro Series Floor metal and magazine box. Additional magazine boxes are available in various capacities. The external dimension of the replacement floor metal is identical to those of the factory hinged floor plate, making these kits a direct drop in replacement with minor to no inletting required.

Short action 5 round - .60 lbs. (not available in 223, 22-250, or 220 swift)

*WARNING* If you installing this bottom metal into a Bell & Carlson stock or any stock that has a bridge in between the trigger well and magazine well, there might need to be material removed to not block the magazine release latch.

Not cheap in price I decided to use this on a custom 308 win. build that is my primary hunting rifle. The fit, finish, function and ease of installation for this unit has no peer! The only drawback to this unit is the propriety magazines but if you purchase an extra or two then you will be set for a lifetime; as they are built like a tank! Thank you HSP for this outstanding unit and RHR for the unmatched pricing and customer service that you have provided me!

Perfect product! One always wonders if something this complex will actually be what is expected....this whole package just could not be better.. It is a bit pricey, but a lot of work went into the design and production on it. Worth every bit!

The best conversion kit available. I did need to add a spacer on the rear bolt to keep it from hitting the bolt - no problem.
