Terms and Conditions for the Red Hawk Rifles Giveaway
1. Eligibility
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the Giveaway. Employees, officers, and directors of Red Hawk Rifles, LLC., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on April 11, 2025, at 12:00 AM (MST) and ends on April 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM (MST) ("Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway by making a purchase on the Red Hawk Rifles website during the Giveaway Period. For every one dollar (USD) spent, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, participants may contact Red Hawk Rifles, LLC. customer service during the Giveaway Period to request one (1) free entry into the Giveaway. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $2,000 gift card to Red Hawk Rifles.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at Red Hawk Rifles, LLC.'s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be held on or about April 29, 2025.

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions
Red Hawk Rifles, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Red Hawk Rifles, LLC. in its sole discretion. In such an event, Red Hawk Rifles, LLC. reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Red Hawk Rifles, LLC., which are final and binding in all respects.

9. Privacy
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to Red Hawk Rifles, LLC.'s use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Red Hawk Rifles, LLC.'s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
