Swivel stud adaptor for full rotation push button bases
The Grovtec Swivel Stud Multi-Adaptor Set gives a full rotation push button base a standard stud, so it takes a locking swivel instead of a push button one. It installs with the supplied allen wrench, and it requires drilling and tapping into the stock. It works with full rotation bases only, never a non-rotating or limited rotation mount, and the set includes 2 Multi-Adaptors and 2 stainless steel bases.

Requires drilling and tapping. Drill a 0.5" (.500) or 33/64" (.515) hole 9/16" to 5/8" deep and tap it with a 9/16"-18UNF-2B tap. The adaptor installs and releases by pushing the included hex wrench through the top hole to depress the internal plunger; hooking a string to the adaptor and pulling up while pressing the plunger down makes release easier.
