The Hunter Detachable Box Magazine (DBM) bottom metal is designed for shooters that are looking for a flush mounted bottom metal that will accept AICS pattern magazines. The DBM is machined from a single piece of billet 6061 and features a patented cantilever spring release that will not open under heavy recoil. The magazine release is also adjustable, sleek and all but impossible to actuate accidentally..

Just picked up a hard-to-find Hawkins Hunter SA DBM. I was swapping out my M5 DBM on a Manner’s LRH chassis. As usual with Hawkins and Manners products it slipped in tight & firm with no gaps. Very happy!! And Red Hawk Rifles seems to always have the good stuff in stock. Great company!!

Very high-quality great product
Using this DBM on a McMillan stock inletted for BDL, this product is M5 inlet. The stock is at the smith now and will require a good bit of time on the milling machine to remove enough material in the magazine area for fitment. Don't expect this to fit a BDL inlet without significant work but it not a reflection on the product. Would buy again for sure. Great service from Redhawk.
