Heavy Tactical rings with a 3.6 inch top rail and offset level cap
Hawkins Precision Heavy Tactical scope rings were designed with the competitive shooter in mind. They are a larger frame ring built for extra rigidity, and they come standard with a 3.6 inch top Picatinny rail and an offset level cap so you can see your level from the shooting position without breaking your cheek weld. Available for 34 mm, 35 mm and 36 mm tubes in two heights.

Offset level cap standard
The bubble sits out to the side so you can see your level from your shooting position without breaking your cheek weld.
Larger frame for rigidity
A larger frame ring designed for extra rigidity and more features. Each ring weighs about 9.5 oz per Hawkins.
Two heights, three tube sizes
Medium is 1.0 inch and High is 1.15 inch, measured from the Picatinny rail to the optical center. Both heights come in 34 mm, 35 mm and 36 mm.

How is the height measured?

What are the torque specs?
Hawkins lists 20 to 25 in-lb for the ring top screws and 65 in-lb for the base cross bolts. Check the torque recommendations for your particular rifle scope before using these figures.
What does the top rail do?
The 3.6 inch Picatinny rail on top of the rings gives you a place to mount a laser rangefinder, a dope card or any other accessory you may need.
