The HS Precision PST038 is a tactical stock for left-hand Remington 700 short action rifles with BDL hinged floorplate bottom metal. It weighs 3.95 lbs and includes both length of pull adjustment (13.5 inches to 15 inches) and an adjustable cheek rest (1.55 inch range). A full length aluminum bedding block pairs with a vertical grip that has an ambidextrous palm swell, dual front sling studs, and a non-slip polyurethane finish.

Will this stock fit my Remington 700?

This stock is specifically inletted for left-hand Remington 700 short action rifles fitted with BDL hinged floorplate bottom metal. It will not fit right-hand rifles, long action rifles, M5 inlet rifles, or ADL blind magazine rifles.

How much does the length of pull adjust?

The length of pull adjusts from 13.5 to 15 inches. The cheek rest has a 1.55 inch adjustment range per H-S Precision (1.57 inches in our record).

What barrel contours fit this forend?

HS Precision lists this stock for aftermarket tactical barrel contours with a .900 inch muzzle diameter at 24 inches. The forend is 2.27 inches at the widest point, tapering to 2.25 inches at the tip (2.23 in our record). Our record lists heavy varmint or Sendero contour barrels.

Can I use a detachable magazine?
