McMillan - A3-5 Tactical Stock (Adjustable) - Remington 700 Short Action

Ordered the McMillan A3-5 stock from Red Hawk Rifles and couldn't be more pleased. It was as if I placed my order directly through McMillan for a custom. This stock fits me perfectly, it was as if Red Hawk knew my dimensions when they ordered this stock. The A3 grip is the perfect angle and has the right amount of swell in the palm. The adjustable cheek riser puts your eye in the right spot behind the glass and the LOP set at 13.5" is spot on. Red Hawk's nailed it with shipping and communication was also superb.

Just a fantastic stock. McMillan does such a good job with the fit and finish. The SOL Strategic bottom metal fit like a glove and the barrel sits perfectly centered in the channel. The gap transition camo is sharp. Looks even better in person than any of the photos I've seen online. I also love that Red Hawk is stocking these with pretty much every feature you could want. Pillars, studs, flush cups, you name it. The adjustable cheek riser is also extremely well done. McMillan's new clamp design is stellar. No worries about it working loose. The stock as a whole is extremely comfortable. The A3 grip is as good as it gets, in my opinion. I also have to acknowledge the great customer service from Red Hawk, who was able to redirect my package to my local UPS even after it had shipped. Much appreciated.
