Replacement action screws for Remington 700 BDL conversions
The RHR Action Screw Set is a direct replacement for Remington 700 BDL actions and factory-equipped BDL bottom metal. The set includes Allen head screws in your choice of stainless steel or black nitride finish, shipped slightly longer than factory standard so they can be trimmed to your build instead of shimmed.
5/32 inch Allen head
Standard hex driver size across all main screws in the set, so one small tool covers the job.
1/4 inch-28 TPI thread
Matches the factory pitch used in Remington 700 BDL actions. Designed to work with HS Precision bottom metal assemblies and BDL hinged floor plate conversions.
Trim-to-fit design
Shipped longer than factory spec to accommodate a range of aftermarket stocks and actions. Trim with a hacksaw or file to match your stock recess depth.

Why are the screws longer than factory standard?
The extra length lets them work with a wide variety of aftermarket stocks and actions without shimming. Measure the depth of your stock's recess, trim the screws with a hacksaw or belt grinder to that depth plus a screw-length clearance, and install. A properly fitted screw seats fully without bottoming hard or leaving a gap.
