Overview

Z8i 30 mm scope with 8x zoom, switchable reticle, and ballistic turret

The Swarovski Z8i is a second focal plane riflescope with a 30 mm tube and an 8x zoom range. Both variants feature an illuminated 4W-i reticle, flexible ballistic turret, and light transmission of 93 percent. We stock the 2.3-18x56 and the 3.5-28x50.

8x zoom range

The 2.3-18x magnification carries 2.3x to 18x power with 55.8 to 6.9 ft field of view at 100 yards. The 3.5-28x carries 3.5x to 28x power with 36.3 to 4.5 ft field of view.

56 mm or 50 mm objective

The 2.3-18x56 has a 56 mm objective and the 3.5-28x50 a 50 mm objective. Both are listed at 93 percent light transmission.

Illuminated 4W-i reticle

Red center dot with 64 brightness levels, split into 32 twilight and 32 daylight settings. Rheostat controlled. Battery life is listed at 1,400 hours at medium twilight brightness or 180 hours at medium daylight brightness.

Second focal plane, 30 mm tube

Reticle stays the same size across the zoom range. 30 mm main tube requires 30 mm scope rings. Parallax adjusts from 55 yards to infinity.

Versatile ballistic turret

Impact point correction is 0.36 inches per click at 100 yards, or 10 mm per click at 100 meters.
