The Talley one piece Picatinny base with anti-cant indicator is an aluminum alloy rail for Remington 700 short and long actions, available in 20 MOA per our record. It accepts Picatinny and most Weaver style rings, the slotted rail allows numerous mounting positions, and the anti-cant bubble indicator is included and installed after mounting the base on the receiver.
