Zero creep Weatherby Mark V trigger, adjustable from 1.0 to 3.5 lb
The TriggerTech Special is a drop-in single stage trigger for the Weatherby Mark V, adjustable from 1.0 to 3.5 lb with a zero creep break. It mounts on the factory trigger pins, comes with its own safety, and is sold with a curved or flat lever in PVD black. It is compatible with current Weatherby Mark V rifles from USA production (1996 and on).
1.0 to 3.5 lb, set from outside
Pull weight is adjusted with the supplied 5/64" Allen wrench at a set screw on the bottom of the housing, in steps of about 1 oz. Clockwise adds weight. It ships set near the middle of the range.
Zero creep, under .030" overtravel
TriggerTech's Zero Creep Technology does not rely on coating, polishing or lubricating the engagement surfaces. TriggerTech says that keeps the pull consistent from shot to shot and after thousands of shots.
6061-T6 housing, 440C internals
The housing is anodized 6061-T6 aluminum and the key components are hardened 440C stainless. The PVD black option adds a physical vapor deposition coating to the external stainless parts.
Curved or flat lever
Offered with a Weatherby curved or flat lever, both in PVD black.
Lifetime warranty

Which Mark V rifles are compatible?
TriggerTech Special Triggers for the Weatherby Mark V are compatible with current USA production models from 1996 and on. Our record carries TriggerTech's serial prefix table for earlier rifles.
How do I adjust the pull weight?
With the rifle unloaded, put the supplied 5/64" Allen wrench into the set screw on the bottom of the trigger. Clockwise increases pull weight, counter-clockwise reduces it, in clicks. Keep at least three clicks engaged so the screw cannot fall out. TriggerTech recommends running the trigger at or above the factory setting until you have some time on it.
Why does my pull weight measure outside 1.0 to 3.5 lb?
Pull weight is affected by the firing pin spring. An overweight or aftermarket heavy spring can push the measured pull above the advertised range. Pull weight also varies from action to action. If you observe a sudden change in pull weight, stop using the trigger and contact TriggerTech.
