Lightweight 10x30 binoculars built for long days in the field
The Zeiss SFL 10x30 is a compact, magnesium bodied binocular built to cut weight without leaving the SFL family optics behind. At 16.2 oz it is one of the lightest binoculars in the SFL lineup, and the SmartFocus wheel needs only 1.4 turns from close focus to infinity. The housing is nitrogen filled and LotuTec coated, rated to 400 mbar water resistance.

Length is 120 mm (4.7") and width at a 65 mm interpupillary distance is 107 mm (4.6"), so it carries and stows like a compact glass.
Up to 30% lighter
Zeiss builds the SFL line with a smaller lens diameter and thinner lens elements set closer together, cutting weight up to 30% versus comparable binoculars.
1.4 turn SmartFocus wheel
Focus travels from a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) close focus to infinity in only 1.4 turns, positioned for a quick adjustment even with gloves on.
90% light transmission
The UHD concept and Zeiss T* coating carry a 3.0 mm exit pupil and a 17.3 twilight factor into low light.
Sealed for the field
Nitrogen filled and LotuTec coated, rated to 400 mbar water resistance and -20 degrees C to +55 degrees C (-4 degrees F to +131 degrees F).
