4-16x50 second focal plane scope with 80 MOA elevation and side parallax adjustment
The Zeiss Conquest V4 4-16x50 is a 30 mm second focal plane riflescope for hunting and precision shooting from mid to long range. It carries a 4x zoom over a 50 mm objective, 80 MOA of elevation on a multi-turn turret with Ballistic Stop, 0.25 MOA clicks, side parallax from 10 yards to infinity, and three illuminated reticle options. The external locking windage turret option is an industry first, made for long-range hunters who dial for distance.
4x zoom, 4 to 16 power
The zoom range sits between lightweight hunting scopes and specialized long-range glass. It gives a 28.5 ft field of view at 4x for hunting and an exit pupil of 8.5 mm, then steps up to 16x with a 7.1 ft field of view and a 3.1 mm exit pupil for precise shot placement at distance.
50 mm objective and 90% light transmission
The large objective delivers bright, high-contrast images in low light and at dusk. Zeiss rates the Conquest V4 at 90 percent to-the-eye transmission and a twilight factor that runs from 11.7 at 4x to 28.3 at 16x.
80 MOA elevation, 60 MOA windage
0.25 MOA clicks on an external multi-turn elevation turret. The Ballistic Stop gives an absolute, positive return to your zero after dialing for distance. Windage is capped for protection or external locking for long-range work.
Illuminated reticle, 10 brightness steps
Three illuminated MOA reticles are listed as options: the #64 ZMOAi-T30, the #68 ZBi, and the #93 ZMOAi-1. Brightness adjusts over 10 levels. The reticles are second focal plane, so their subtension stays constant as you zoom.
14.5 in long, 23 oz
A manageable length and weight for most hunting rifles. The scope runs on a CR2032 battery and is waterproof to 400 mbar, rated for immersion to 13 feet for 2 hours.
