Fitment

Will it work with your build?

Works with

  • 34 mm scope rings and one-piece mounts

Will not work with

  • 30 mm rings

Objective bell requires adequate clearance. The 50 mm objective bell needs rings or a mount that can clear it; a low-mount arrangement may not have sufficient clearance. Check your rifle's Picatinny base and rings before ordering.

Fitting it and the fine print

Which reticle versions are offered?

The MOAi variant (order 522665-9917-090) carries the #17 ZF-MOAi reticle, marked in MOA. It clicks in 0.25 MOA increments with 160 MOA of elevation travel, for a total of 640 clicks.

The MRi variant (order 522675-9916-090) carries the #16 ZF-MRi reticle, marked in MRAD. It clicks in 0.1 MRAD increments with 46.5 MRAD of elevation travel, for a total of 465 clicks.

Both carry illumination you can switch between red and green, at five intensity levels, with the battery included.

What ring size do I need?

The LRP S3 4-25x50 has a 34 mm main tube, so it takes 34 mm rings or a 34 mm one-piece mount.

Is this illumination battery-powered or solar?

The ZF-MOAi and ZF-MRi illumination is powered by a single AAA battery, included with the scope. The intensity levels let you dial from very dim in low light to bright in daylight.

What is Ballistic Stop technology?

Ballistic Stop is an external turret feature that places a hard stop at your zero position. After you dial for distance or wind, you can spin the turret back to your zero without hesitation; there is no grinding past it. This makes fast return to zero easier and gives confidence that you are back where you started.
