Self-timing titanium brake, three port and four port, 1.44 to 3.0 oz
The Boring Rifles self-timing brake line offers lightweight recoil reduction without gunsmithing. All three models are titanium with a nitrided finish. They lock in place via a locknut tightened against the barrel, available in .264 and .30 bore, in thread pitches from 1/2-28 to 5/8-24.
No gunsmithing or modifications
A locknut is tightened against the barrel after the brake is installed, so no gunsmithing or modification is required, per Boring Rifles.
Three sizes, three or four ports
Med Lil 3 port, 1.44 oz, fits most steel barrels. Big Lil 3 port, 1.6 oz, which Boring Rifles suggests for carbon fiber barreled rifles. Big 4, 3.0 oz, four ports with hex flats, which Boring Rifles says gives its best recoil suppression.
Titanium and nitrided, thread up to 5/8-24
All three models are machined titanium Grade 5 with a nitrided finish. Med Lil comes in 1/2-28 and 5/8-24. Big Lil and Big 4 are 5/8-24 only.
Two bores, eight options
Each model comes in .264 (6.5) or .30 bore. Med Lil is offered in 1/2-28 or 5/8-24; Big Lil and Big 4 in 5/8-24.

Match bore to bullet diameter. Choose the .264 brake for 6.5mm bullets and the .30 brake for .308 inch bullets and larger magnums. Tighten the locknut snug against the barrel after installation, but do not use an impact driver or excessive force.
