A lightweight .30 carbon fiber barrel blank with match grade steel and a target crown

The Fierce Firearms C3 Carbon Fiber Barrel Blank is a blank for a gunsmith to chamber and install. It comes in 1:9 or 1:10 twist with 20, 22, 24 and 26 inch finish lengths. The barrel has a match grade stainless steel liner, hand lapped bore, button rifled with a target crown, and a 5/8-24 TPI pre-threaded muzzle. The core is wrapped in Fierce's Matrix C3 carbon fiber.

This is a blank, not a finished barrel. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 and crowned at the factory; a gunsmith still has to chamber it and fit it to your action. Rifle barrels ship for a flat $14.95 per order, any quantity, and do not qualify for free shipping.

Fitting it and the fine print

Is this a finished barrel?

No. It is an unfinished gunsmith blank. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 and crowned at the factory, and your gunsmith chambers it and fits it to your action.

What is the difference between 1:9 and 1:10 twist?

A 1:9 twist turns the bullet once in 9 inches of barrel and a 1:10 once in 10 inches. Order the twist your bullet maker recommends for the bullets you plan to shoot.

What do I need to do to finish this barrel?

Your gunsmith chambers it for your cartridge and fits it to your action. Because the muzzle arrives threaded 5/8-24 and crowned, Fierce says the work needed to finish the barrel is greatly reduced.
