Helix 6 Precision’s carbon fiber barrel blanks are built for custom rifle builders, precision shooters, and backcountry hunters who demand uncompromising performance. Each blank features a hand-lapped, match-grade 416R stainless steel core, button-rifled for exceptional consistency. Wrapped with their proprietary high-carbon, low-resin composite, these barrels offer ultra-lightweight strength and accuracy — with virtually no point of impact (POI) shift, even under heat.

Key Features:   

  • Cut-to-Length Design – Steel core is large enough for 5/8-24 muzzle threading at any length. Blanks can be finished at the listed length (26") or cut shorter. Each inch removed reduces weight by ~1.5 oz.
  • High Carbon, Low Resin Ratio – Superior thermal stability and performance.
  • Hand Lead-Lapped – Delivers a consistent bore diameter and smooth finish.
  • Minimal POI Shift – Maintains zero during extended strings of fire thanks to our proprietary carbon wrapping process.
  • Tikka T3/T3x Platform – 1.140” tenon diameter for proper fitment.
