The Nightforce NX6 2-12x42 F2 is a second focal plane lightweight riflescope for hunting and precision shooting. It weighs 23 ounces and is 12.5 inches long, with a 30 mm tube.

2-12x in 12.5 inches

A 6x zoom over a 42 mm objective, delivering exit pupils from 7.5 mm at 2x down to 3.5 mm at 12x and a field of view from 50.0 ft to 9.7 ft at 100 yards. It weighs 23 ounces.

Second focal plane

The reticle stays the same apparent size at every power, so its MOA marks read true at 12x. Reticle options are MOAR and 4A-i.

FieldSet capped elevation

The elevation turret is a capped FieldSet dial. Per our record it can be converted to an exposed dial.

Accurate dialing and holdovers

Dial elevation with 0.250 MOA clicks and an adjustment range of 115 MOA. Windage adjustment range is 90 MOA.

DigIllum and side parallax

DigIllum digital reticle illumination is standard. Side parallax adjusts from 11 yards to infinity.

Which reticles are offered?

MOAR and 4A-i, both MOA based. The 4A-i has an illuminated center. In second focal plane the marks read true at 12x.

What rings does it take?

30 mm rings or a 30 mm one-piece mount. Mounting length is 5.9 inches.

What comes in the box?

The NX6 includes flip-up lens covers, a cleaning cloth and fob, a multi-tool, a power throw lever, stickers, and an owner's manual. The elevation turret is capped, but an included voucher lets you convert it to an exposed dial with a standard or custom bullet drop compensating dial from Nightforce.
