Overview
The SKLTN is a lightweight titanium action built on the Remington 700 footprint with a 75-degree bolt lift and toolless bolt disassembly. It accepts Wyatt's extended internal box magazines and integrates a pinned scope base with field-ready prefit threading.
The body is machined from titanium while the bolt is 4140 steel with DLC coating. Short actions run 16 oz, long actions 16.5 oz, shedding weight without sacrificing the steel components that cycle hardest.
The short throw means faster cycling and less arm motion than a traditional 90-degree action, saving fatigue on the hunt or at the range.
Disassemble the firing pin without tools to clean ice or debris out in the field, or to replace a damaged pin on a bench.
The tenon is Remington 700 pattern and threaded with caliber markings so a gunsmith can thread a barrel with confidence the headspace will track.
Comes with a steel base pinned to the receiver and ready for Talley, Nesika Bay or Hawkins Precision rings.

Fitment
Order the bolt face that matches your intended caliber. Standard bolt face handles most rifle cartridges under magnum length. Magnum bolt face is for magnum cartridges only. The action length (short or long) does not change the bolt face; order both to your build specs.
Detail
Standard bolt face: Use this for .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, .243 Win, .338 Federal, and other standard-length cartridges. Most rifle builds use standard.
Magnum bolt face: Use this for .300 Win Mag, 6.5 PRC, 7mm Rem Mag, .338 Lapua Mag and other belted or oversized magnum cartridges.
The bolt face is matched to the cartridge size, not the action length. A short action can use either, as can a long action.
The action is ready for a gunsmith to rifle a barrel. It includes the pinned scope base and comes with Remington 700 pattern threads. A gunsmith will thread a barrel and adjust headspace using the caliber markings on the tenon.
The SKLTN feeds Wyatt's extended internal box magazines. Magazine availability depends on your action length and caliber.
