Overview
Two-stage trigger pull, factory set and drop-in, for a Remington 700
The Timney Remington 700 Two-Stage is a nickel-plated, curved-shoe replacement trigger for the Remington 700 and its clones. It installs with no drilling or tapping, just swap the factory pins for the new trigger. The pull is factory set at 1 lb on the first stage and 1.5 lb on the second stage, adjustable up to 3 lb.
Two stages, one clean break
First stage breaks at 1 lb and the second stage is factory set at 1.5 lb, adjustable up to 3 lb.
Teflon-nickel coated sears
All three sears are Teflon-nickel coated for added lubricity, and the trigger shoe and safety are carbon nitrided for wear resistance.
Machined from A2 tool steel
Work surfaces are milled from A2 tool steel and hardened; the housing and shoe are CNC machined and the sears are EDM cut from solid steel.
No drilling or tapping
Swap out the factory pins and the new trigger drops straight in, no gunsmithing required.
