Overview

Adjustable AR-15 trigger with zero creep and sub-.030" reset

The TriggerTech Diamond is a drop-in single stage trigger for AR-15 platforms, adjustable from 1.5 to 4.0 lb with a zero creep break. It comes with a removable safety and is sold in PVD black with either a Pro Curved or Flat lever. Pull weights are approximate and may vary slightly between rifles; a heavier than factory hammer spring can push the pull above 4.0 lb.

1.5 to 4.0 lb, adjusted externally

Pull weight is adjusted with a set screw. The exact pull weight depends on the hammer spring weight in your lower receiver and your adjustment setting. A heavier than factory hammer spring pushes the whole range up.

Zero creep, under .015" overtravel

TriggerTech's Zero Creep Technology provides a clean break with no pre-travel. Overtravel is measured in thousandths, and the reset is under .030" with tactile mid-force feedback.

7075 housing, 440C internals

The housing is anodized 7075 aluminum and the key components are hardened 440C stainless steel. The PVD black finish is a physical vapor deposition coating on the external stainless parts.

Two levers, one finish

Pro Curved offers a traditional grip profile, or Flat offers a straight edge. Every Diamond is PVD black.

How do I adjust the pull weight?

With the rifle unloaded and safety on, adjust the set screw on the trigger body. The exact pull weight depends on the hammer spring weight in your lower and the adjustment you set. A heavier than factory hammer spring pushes the whole range up, so if your measured weight reads above 4.0 lb, check the hammer spring.

Which lever do I order?

Pro Curved has a traditional bent profile; Flat is straight-edged. All are PVD black. The trigger mechanism underneath is the same.

Is this a drop-in?

Yes, for standard AR-15 lower receivers. The pin holes must be .154" diameter (mil-spec).
