MDT metal AICS magazines are manufactured from high strength steel, nitride-finished and coated with Cerakote Elite. This 5 round magazine is built for .300 Win Magnum cartridges in the standard AICS 3.715 inch length, compatible with long action AICS pattern bottom metals and chassis systems designed for the standard 3.715 magazine well.

Standard 3.715 inch length only. This magazine is not interchangeable with CIP spec 3.850 inch AICS magazines. The .300WM can also be used for 7mm, 30-06, and 6.5x55 cartridges with possible feed-lip adjustment per our record; test feed reliability with your specific action and ammunition before field use. Verify your rifle or chassis accepts the standard 3.715 inch magazine length before ordering. If you purchased a rifle with an MDT chassis, check the manufacturer specification to confirm which magazine length the mag well accepts.

Only if it is designed for the standard 3.715 inch magazine well. CIP spec bottom metals and chassis use the longer 3.850 inch magazine well and cannot accommodate this 3.715 inch magazine.
The standard 3.715 inch version accommodates cartridges up to 3.615 inch maximum COAL, while the CIP 3.850 inch version accommodates up to 3.760 inch maximum COAL. The 3.715 inch dimension requires a magazine well designed to the standard specification. The two are not interchangeable.
