Overview
The MDT Metal AICS Magazine is a 5 round steel magazine built for .338 Lapua Magnum long action rifles running an AICS pattern chassis or bottom metal. It is nitride finished and coated with Cerakote Elite for corrosion resistance, and it uses the standard 3.715" magazine length found in most AICS pattern chassis and DBM bottom metal.
Machined from high strength steel and nitride finished for corrosion resistance and a long service life.
A Cerakote Elite finish goes over the nitride treatment for an extra layer of durability.
Holds 5 rounds of .338 Lapua Magnum, sized for magnum length cartridges.
Matches the 3.715" magazine well used in most AICS pattern chassis and DBM bottom metal, the standard length unless your chassis calls for the 3.850" CIP version.

Not every chassis uses the 3.715" length. If your rifle came with an MDT chassis, confirm whether it takes the 3.715" or 3.850" CIP magazine before ordering.
Detail
Most AICS pattern chassis and DBM bottom metal use the standard 3.715" magazine. Tikka T3/T3x and Savage Axis chassis use a custom 3.560" magazine instead, and Remington Tactical Chassis Rifle and 338 Lapua XCR rifles use a 3.775" magazine not made by MDT.
