An 8x zoom in a 13.5-inch scope with ZeroStop and dual-scale reticle
The Nightforce NX8 4-32x50 F2 is a second focal plane riflescope for precision and long-range shooting. At 32x you can reach out to the smallest targets at distance; at 4x you are comfortable with close or moving shots. That range, with clarity and resolution at every step, is one scope covering situations that usually take two. The MOAR-CF2D reticle is marked with dual-scale subtensions for accurate holds at both 16x and 32x using a calibrated dot on the power ring. ZeroStop, DigIllum illumination and side parallax are standard, all packed into just 13.5 inches and under 29 ounces.
4-32x in 13.5 inches
An 8x zoom over a 50 mm objective, delivering exit pupils from 6.7 mm at 4x down to 1.6 mm at 32x and a field of view from 26.0 ft to 4.6 ft at 100 yards. Under 29 ounces lets the scope not dominate rifle balance.
MOAR-CF2D with dual-scale reticle
A floating centre dot with alternating 1 MOA subtensions and major labels every 5 MOA. The dual-scale design has calibrated marks at 16x and 32x, so you can hold with the correct scale at either of those two powers.
Second focal plane
The reticle keeps the same apparent size as you change power, so its MOA marks read true only at the magnifications they are calibrated for, 16x and 32x on the MOAR-CF2D. At other powers the marks do not match their labels; dial instead.
ZeroStop and DigIllum
Dial up to a distance and return to a hard mechanical zero. Illumination is digital instead of a rheostat, so the low settings are genuinely low for night use.
Side parallax from 11 yards to infinity
Set parallax on the side turret rather than through the eyepiece, freeing the focus ring for quick adjustment between near and distant targets.

What does the dual-scale MOAR-CF2D reticle do?
The MOAR-CF2D has two sets of calibrated subtension marks, one for 16x and one for 32x. A small calibrated dot on the power change ring shows which magnification you are at. This lets you hold or dial for wind and elevation using the correct reticle scale without re-zeroing or re-calculating when you switch between mid-range (16x) and long-range (32x) magnifications. The centre dot is floating, so you have a precise aiming point at any power.
