Overview
A 5-30x first focal plane scope with 120 MOA of elevation travel
The Nightforce NX6 5-30x56 F1 is a first focal plane riflescope with a 6x zoom range for long-range hunting and tactical work. With 120 MOA (34.9 MRAD) of elevation travel and a 10-meter close focus, it covers hunting scenarios from short range to extended targets. The FieldSet turret system provides Nightforce's rugged repeatability for zeroing without specialty tools.
5 to 30x magnification range
Starts at 5x for hunting field of view and reaches 30x for reading wind and dialing long-range holds.
First focal plane reticle
Your reticle remains true throughout the magnification range, so holdovers and wind holds stay consistent from 5x all the way to 30x.
120 MOA elevation travel
Extra dialing range beyond 115 MOA allows extended-distance work on precision rigs or heavy magnums on longer ranges without maximum-adjustment shots.
FieldSet turret system
Quick, tool-free zeroing that returns to true zero every time. The rugged repeatability is a Nightforce standard across their entire scope line.
Lighter than heavier designs
30.9 oz total weight and 14.9 inches overall length balance magnification capability with handling on hunting rifles without creating muzzle-heavy profiles.

Fitting it and the fine print
Which reticles are offered?
Choose MOA or Mil based on your dialing preference and training. MOA reticles (MOA-C or MOA-XT) work best if you dial in minutes of angle. Mil reticles (MIL-C or MIL-XT) are standard if you calculate holds in milliradians. The C and XT variants differ in reticle complexity; C is simpler, XT adds a dense grid for reference. All four are first focal plane, so your reticle stays true at any power.
