Custom barreled action: Impact 777R long action with a Bartlein 5R stainless barrel

This is a made to order barreled action built for Red Hawk Rifles by Viking Armament: an Impact Precision 777R long action receiver mated to a Bartlein 5R single-point cut rifled stainless barrel, chambered in your choice of 7 PRC, .300 Win Mag or 300 PRC. Each one is hand fitted and headspaced, finished in Cerakote, and ships with a Meraki Machine M1 muzzle brake installed.

Impact Precision 777R long action

One piece receiver with integral 20 MOA rail and integral recoil lug, Remington 700 long action footprint, 1-1/16 x 16 tenon, cut for CIP length magazines. Weighs 39.5 ounces per Impact.

Bartlein 5R cut rifled barrel

Single-point cut 5R rifling, hand lapped by Bartlein. Twist follows the industry standard for the cartridge unless you request otherwise: 7 PRC 1:8, .300 Win Mag 1:10, 300 PRC 1:9.

Hand fitted, not a pre-fit

Viking Armament spins and hand fits each barreled action to plus or minus one ten thousandth and checks breech, headspace and function before it ships.

Accuracy guarantee

Our record carries Viking Armament's sub 1/2 MOA guarantee for the barreled action when the complete rifle is properly assembled; stock fit, bedding, bottom metal and ammunition all affect the result.

Cerakote finish and M1 brake

Cerakote ceramic coating, a Meraki Machine M1 muzzle brake installed, and the muzzle threaded 5/8-24 for aftermarket brakes and suppressors.

Is this a pre-fit barrel?

No. Each barreled action is manually spun and hand fitted to plus or minus one ten thousandth, with breech, headspace and function checked before it ships.

What is the accuracy guarantee?

Our record carries Viking Armament's sub 1/2 MOA guarantee, and the barreled action does not ship if it does not meet it. The guarantee applies when the complete rifle is properly and professionally assembled; stock or chassis fit, bedding, bottom metal and ammunition can all affect accuracy.

How long does it take?
